| Innovative spirit is the power of the innovative qualified personnel. Fostering the students' innovative spirits (SIS) is not only a new subject of the fundamental education in this knowledge-based economy society, but also the demand of deepening innovative education.The author expounded the connotations of innovative spirit and the significance of fostering SIS , the components and the relation among the constituent of the innovative spirit. Expounded the availability and the necessity of fostering SIS from the aspects of philosophy, psychology, physiology and methodology of natural science. All this offer theory to foster SIS . The principle being observed hi fostering SIS was set forth based on author's teaching.All were approved that is qualification and pledge of fostering SIS , with the teachers change the educative concept and build up the concept of quality and qualified personnel, the innovative courses was set, the way of the chemistry-teaching was innovated concerning the present chemistry-teaching situation , the spirit of human were impenetrate in chemistry-teaching.This thesis give a draw on the procession of fostering SIS. |
