Adolescent Personality Development And Moral Education Environment

The forming and development of personality is an interactive process with the outer environment in which individuals develop self-consciousness according to specific choosing mechanism. Through this process, the youth period is a crucial phase of personality development, which is marked by "the pursuing of Ego" . However, the mature personality recognized by society is " the forgetting of Ego" . Then the transition from "the pursuing of Ego" to "the forgetting of Ego" is perfectly made by Marx' s ideal personality design, i.e. the theory of "personality development" with overall freedom.To ensure the healthy development of youth personality, it is necessary to improve moral education environment, in which the most efficient way is to integrate different functions of the school, the government and society.
