In summary, the establishmentof preschool education quality monitoring system is imperative.In this study, the author analyzed and summarized the contents of the qualitymonitoring system about the foreign preschool education, the higher education andthe Construction projects by literature law and case analysis method, explored theproblems which the current exist in the city, Jilin province preschool education qualitymonitoring using the interview method.
