Engagement Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers Of A Prerequisite For Study

Many local governments have carried out the system of appointment in primary and secondary schools. They've achieved a lot. As an important part of the educational reform, it is still limited in the internal part of the education system. The teachers can not find jobs in the schools of other regions. In this article, first I stand for the effective function of it, what's more important, I want to talk about the necessary conditions for the system.The article is consisted of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. And the body contains two parts. Part one, I affirm the effect of system. But we still have some difficulty in carrying out the system further as the result of special characteristics of the profession .1 will look into it with the theory of system and case study. In part two ,1 want to talk about the external and internal prerequisites of the system of appointment such as the laws and regulations, social insurance, professional reputation, etc.Focus on the internal and external prerequisites of the system of appointment .The study can be regarded as a breakthrough. The study will do great good to speed up the pace of reform in education system and make more hi- qualified teachers.
