| The high-tech industry of university, which developed by utilizing university's talent and knowledge resource advantages, is the important component of the national technological innovation system. It has obtained great achievements during the past 15 years. However, the deficiency in financial supports has been influenced the development of university's high-tech industry. From the part of financial resource distribution, the thesis analyzes financial supports and relevant problems existing in the development of the high-tech industry of university, expounds the interactive relation between scientific and technological resources and financial resources, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in developing finance supports of the high-tech industry of university. |
