History teachers as one branch of the history educational researchers in middle school hold the most quantity and potential capacity. In order to response the challenge to the teacher in 21 century and develop the teacher's ability of scientific research, this paper is arguing the following content.The paper chooses the case study of the history education in middle school at the final twenty years in 20 century, especially focuses on the history teacher acting as the researchers. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyses the articles published on five magazines from 1981 to 2000, from which we could conclude the tendency to the research object and the research approaches. The second part analyses some questionnaires about the aims, the object, the forms and the difficulties of the history teachers' research in Shanghai. The third part discusses the relation between the teachers' research and the professional development of teachers, and put forward measures to help history teachers do more efficient research from three aspects. |
