The key competence that history major proposes give an instructive idea for the temporary history teaching.At the same time,the major development of history teachers is also provides an inexhaustible driving force for new curriculum reform.Therefor,both the development of key competence of history major and the requirement for history teachers' improvement of ability are aimed at the integrated development of students.So,i want to find a balance between the competence and the major development of history analyze the relationship from the consistency of both.By analyzing the present conditions of key competence,finding out the questions and coming up with solutions,i want my paper to give a better direction on history teaching in middle school to achieve the development of teachers' ability to improve students' history key competence.And thus,We should give full play to the educational function of the historical discipline and cultivate the "all-round development" that is beneficial to the development of social demands.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly introduces the related concepts and the explanations of the theory,which analyze the major concept of key competence and the detailed content of history key competence,as well as the idea of the major development for teachers.The second part analyzes the consistency of history major key competence and the history teachers' major development and the importance from the aspects of background,requirement and the meanings.The third part is a survey on the present conditions of key competence of history teachers in middle school in Chongqing and Sichuan province in the form of questionnaire and this part also gives a detailed analysis of the problems appearing in the results of the questionnaire.The fourth part is aiming to analyze the approach of history major key competence in middle school teachers from two angles to help history subject to play its role of educating students and help students to develop their history major key competence.The two angles are: the renewal of the knowledge format of major development of history and the improvement of professional wisdom as well as the cultivation of professional faith.
