The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements in the aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum standards,teaching process,textbook development and management,and teachers' training and training.The key to the success of the new curriculum reform is whether the teachers' attitude,knowledge and ability meet the requirements of the new curriculum,and whether they can maximize the educational and social functions of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,to improve the quality of teachers,and strive to create a high-quality professional teacher team with noble ethics,excellent business,reasonable structure and full of vitality is not only the need of basic education curriculum reform,but also the guarantee to achieve the goal of basic education curriculum reform.The research results of "the core literacy index system of Chinese students" which lasted for three years finally came out,and six core literacy of college students were put forward.The real situation is to improve the core literacy of students,first of all,the core literacy of teachers.Without the improvement of teachers' overall quality,any educational reform will only become a concept game.For middle school history put forward five core quality of history disciplines,put forward higher requirements for middle school history teachers,accelerate the professional development of middle school history teachers is imminent.This paper takes the middle school history teachers in the county-level city as the research object,obtains the first-hand information about the history professional knowledge accumulation and history reading of the front-line history teachers,finds out the shackles of the professional development of the middle school history teachers,and proposes that the core way of the professional development of the middle school history teachers is extensive history reading.Extensive reading of history is helpful to accumulate professional knowledge of history,improve professional skills,cultivate professional spirit and improve teaching level.At the same time,it points out that the strategy of historical reading should be closely combined with life planning,teaching practice,thinkingand reflection,questioning and teaching research.Finally,it introduces the general methods of historical reading.The purpose is to promote the professional development of middle school history teachers.I hope this paper can be used for reference to the professional development of middle school history teachers.
