Education is the first of development and teachers are the first of the education. New reform of the curriculum is arising throughout the country. And the new system of it has a bigger breakthrough than ever on the function, struction, contents, operation, evaluation and management, but the base of this reform is teachers. The new reform of curriculum offers teachers some chances and challenges that they never know and they will grow together. The evaluation of teachers, as an important part of the education, is the important very to accelerate the developments and qualities of teachers. Through the consecutive and systematic evaluation, it can exert the potentiality of teachers and let teachers com-placent about their job and then plan for the development of their job. Thereby, teachers can be excited very much. It can help them to renew and recreat by themselves and ensure the operation of new curriculum at last.During the course of the human being's purposeful activities, no one is out of the appraisement for its activities and results. Education is a purposeful activity from the very beginning, so there's appraisement throughout the educational activities. In china the neoteric appraisement began with arosing. It developed flourishingly as soon as it was aroused. But the development of the theory was relatively lag.Teachers Appraisement system is first of all relies on the accuracy of the value tropism. Because the value tropism has the direct faction. It decides whether the appraisement is correct and successful or not. Someone has analyzed the relationship between the new courses and pullulation of the teacher's specialty with the help of the analysis of the teacher's appraisement in China and other countries. They deeply criticized the actual appraisement system, which is full of rewards and punishment. And they have advanced ateacher's appraisement system, which can promote the teacher's specialty to develop and build a "self-reflection style teachers' mode, accordingly to make the teachers' value come true.At present, the new reform of curriculum which is running in our lountry is done under the back ground of many errors of classical treachery unadjusted to the development of times. Therefore, as the west direct participator of new curriculum, their qualities, adjustment and development of specialty are the key factors of the success of new curriculum. The new reform of curriculum will change the study and luring of students and teaching life of teachers. In the second part, lender the background of many errors of classical teaching, diseases professional development of teachers. At it puts forward that it is changed from the study of "tenical perfector " to the style of modern "self-thinking practice".From the history of value tropism, our country has a longer one than western countries. Generally, Chinese Kejn System is the beginning of value tropism. But as a subject of modern educational science, the value tropism is the product of western countries. As the part of it, the of teachers starts more later not only practice but also theories. The there part put forward the system of evahition of teachers mainly about teachers evaluating themselves on the base of analysis on value tropism of our teachers. So the subjective position of teachers is made and realizes their own evolution and development through "self-thinking".
