Discussion On Students' Subjectivity Of Moral Education In Vocational Schools And Teachers' Leading Role Combination

Education is the construction of men, while morality is the basis of education. Morality indeed plays an unreplaceable, unestimatable role in education. How to educate the students to form a right oprrion about the world, the life and the value is the problem both teachers and students are facing .Before ,teachers and the knowledge are the center of education ,students at the edge of it .This is a kind of education same as monologue or irrigation or bottle filling .From the 80's ,the emphasis and train of thought of morality education has charged greatly .It began to focus on the sisrificarce of the development of student-center theory .The emphasis of mordity education has charged from knowledge theory to subject education theory .This is a great leap in morality education are the practice .But during this leap ,we seemed to have overdone about it .We emphasize too much on the performance of student-center ,on democraly, on epuality, which reslted in the oppression and reglect of teachers' dominating place .In the class ,students put forward some bowrd less questions .It is true that the development of student-center means to give up the class domirstion to the students ?If so ,that must be a misundersfarding about student-center ,that's an extreme all as well.Thus,we must combire student-center with teacher-domirationThe basic methods of the combiration are:1) Set up the goal of teaching :Teach the students to teach themselves2 )The practical methods of goal of teaching1 Build a democratic teaching ervironment-to improve the self-controd ability.2 Motivate the studying mood -to develop the ability of study. 3. Cultivate creative brain-to arm the students' brain with creativity.3) Fulfill the two leaps of morality education ,this make the studentsact in accordarce with the theory .To act hi accordance with the theory is the basic requirement of morality education ,realizing the charge from theory to act is the inner mecharism to form the individual mind .Try to make the educated act in accordance with theory is the critical point of the effectivemess of morality education .The methods are :1, Emphasize on the cultivation of moral mood , moral willing.2 , Strengther the act training and practical exercises.3 , The educators should set good examples.
