Teacher-student relationship is the most basic relationship in the education process.A good teacher-student relationship is not only conducive to the symbiosis and coexistence of teachers and students but also contributes to the effective implementation of teaching work.Regardless of the existing teacher-student relationship theoretical research or teaching practice teaching practice, the teacher-student relationship is subject to the subjective thinking of subject-object opposition, subject to subjective philosophy, and later guided by intersubjectivity philosophy. It has become the same among teachers and students and has been eroded by the economy and politics, resulting in the appearance of equal dialogue and the same essence and conflict on the surface. With the continuous deepening of cross-disciplinary research, the analysis of the reconstructed teacher-student relationship from different perspectives has become a new trend in the current research on teacher-student relationship.Others Theory is different from the subjective philosophy of subject-object opposition and the intersubjectivity philosophy based on "being my nature",which provides a new perspective for the study of teacher-student relationship.Others Theory is the core theory of this article. This study has carried out a detailed and comprehensive understanding and grasp of Others theories, and has taken care of the teacher-student relationship to build a teacher-student relationship model from the perspective of Others Theory.First of all, fully grasp the formation and content of Others Theory and analyze its relevance to the relationship between teachers and students.Based on this, the connotation of teacher-student relationship under the perspective of Others theory is interpreted to clarify the roles of teachers and students in teacher-student relationship from the viewpoint of Others Theory. The way to achieve the teacher-student relationship in the perspective of Others Theory is proposed in the reality teaching. The formation and content of Others Theory and its relevance to the relationship between teachers and students,Others Theory stems from its resistance to the elimination of differences and the pursuit of identity.Levinas takes the absolute externality of others as the starting point, trying to surpass Western traditional philosophy, especially the philosophies of Husserl and Heidegger. The realization of ethics replaces ontological philosophy as the "first philosophy." Others Theoryemphasizes internal ethical responsibility, emphasizing the difference between the self and the other, emphasizing the heterogeneity of time, and asserting that the self and the other are asymmetrical ethical relations."Intrinsic ethical responsibility instead of teacher-student relationship existing external responsibilities based on individual interests can reduce the conflict between teachers and students, promote the formation of harmonious ethical responsibility-based teacher-student relationship, and maintain the difference between teacher-student relationship with Others Theory to replace the existing teacher-student relationship. The return to self-centeredness of solipsism can promote personalized and diversified development between teachers and students;emphasizing heterogeneity, teachers' attention to the needs of students, meeting current needs of students, and promoting students' current development instead of pursuit of high scores and higher learning rates, for the sake of the student's distant future sacrifice at the expense of the present;others theory emphasizes the asymmetry between the self and the other than the unrealistic perfect symmetry of the ideal teacher-student relationship. In other words, the theory of Others is instructive in solving the existing problems of the current teacher-student relationship.Others Theory is applicable to the relationship between teachers and students.Based on the analysis of the relevance of teacher-student relationship, the teacher-student relationship model is constructed from the perspective of Others theory, and the connotation of teacher-student relationship is interpreted. The teacher-student relationship is concerned with the other, and recognizes and respects the differences of others. It is essentially an ethical responsibility relationship, which is different from the traditional teacher-student relationship characterized by the “hiding of the other”.The teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Others Theory includes the reciprocal and reciprocal teaching relationship,multi-containment interpersonal relationships, democratic and harmonious organizational relations, and asymmetric emotional relationships.Non-identity and asymmetry, intrinsic ethic, temporal heterogeneity, and teacher-student symbiosis are the main characteristics.Instantness, pluralism, and internal ethic are their values. On this basis, the three stages of teacher-student relationship and the corresponding three types of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Others Theory are summarized.Teachers and students from the phase of approaching and then approaching, are progressively progressive, and these three stages of development correspond to the types of teacher-student relationships from the perspective of three other theories. They are:Internal ethical responsibility teacher-student relationship.,Caring teacher-student relationship and dedication teacher-student relationship.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Others Theory, clarify the role of teachers and students. The student is the other and has absolute otherness, the teacher is the listener of all students, the guardian of difference, the comprehensible person of multiculturalism, and the ethics responsible person of students.Based on the connotation and roles of the teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Others Theory, this paper proposes the realization of teacher-studentrelationship in real teaching from the perspective of Others Theory.First, since the new age, that is,teachers' self-reconstruction,teachers are students' teachers, teachers exist due to the existence of students, and their subjectivity is constructed in the process of associating with students;secondly, teachers face up to students.Paying more attention to the difference among students,to promote the personal development of students and the diversified development among students and teachers.Third, attention should be paid to the current needs of students and to satisfy their immediate needs so as to promote the students' current development.Fourth, the direction of change, the teacher assumes internal ethical responsibility for the students, and the ethical relationship between teachers and students toward care, thus forming a teacher-student relationship from the perspective of the others. Its enlightenment and reflection:Others Theory emphasizes the teacher's inherent ethical responsibility towards the students, emphasizing that each student is an independent individual, with heterogeneity, and that the teacher and the student are not in the same, asymmetric relationship, and derive the difference in time from the student's heterogeneity.Qualitative, emphasizing the care of the students' current time, not at the expense of the present, has brought new inspiration to the construction of the teacher-student relationship. At the same time,it is also worthy of deliberation. The self-claimed self assumes an infinite and one-dimensional responsibility towards the other. In the teacher-student relationship, the teacher assumes unlimited and one-dimensional responsibility for the student. It is unrealistic to build a teacher-student relationship. How to find the point of reconciliation between the two is a further consideration in this study.
