The new Chinese course criteria change the listening and speaki ng practice into oral communication. This is an important content ofthe Chinese teaching reforming, and also an important measure take n in Chinese teaching in order to meet the development of the time.However, looking wholly through the practical situation of Chinese teaching, we cannot be so optimistic. One is that the time needs ove rail qualified personnel with good eloquence; the other is that teacher s neglect the education of the students 'oral communicative ability. As a result, the students are low in oral communicative ability, and prevent the development of social politics, economy and culture. Besi des this, the investigation of the theories and the summarizing of theexperience on oral communication teaching are still on a low level.Oral communication teaching theories are generally contained in ling ui sties, psychology, pedagogy public relation, communication, writing and reading, and should be extracted from them. This article will pre sent some ideas about the oral communication teaching from the opti mized angle of view based on the integration of oral communicationteaching theory and practice. According to Babansiji's systematizatio n point of view, the relationship of every teaching element and link should be firstly put into consideration in reaching optimization. Gui ded by this theory, this article demonstrates the optimization of the oral communication teaching in the following eight aspects;1. The significance of the optimization of the oral communication te aching.2. The generality of oral communication, including its feature and th eory.3. The factors that influence the optimization of the oral communica tion teaching.4. The optimization of the oral communication teaching target.5. The optimization of the oral communication teaching content.6. The optimization of the oral communication teaching principle.7. The optimization of the oral communication teaching method,8. The optimization of the oral communication teaching evaluation.In this project, several methods such as observation, documentar y and investigation are used in the whole process of studying and d emonstration. The practical oral communication teaching experience iscarried on under the guidance of Babansiji's Optimization Theory, a nd summarized and combined automatically with the Optimization Th eory, in order to achieve the deficient combination of the theory andpractice, thus improve students'D oral communication ability to meetthe development of the time.
