Now China wants a dialogue with the world on the global stage, we must be bold to speak, to express their wishes. In fact, the Chinese students’oral communication skills is not ideal.In response to this situation, this thesis is a comparative analysis by the United States and China oral communication teaching curriculum standards, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system, and summarize some of which draw on our secondary language can be applied to oral communication teaching specific methods:First, we can use each language class before the class5-10minutes for students to the podium to conduct a personal freedom speech.Second, students’writing before oral composition. Oral composition can in the shortest possible time to train students’ language skills and organizational strict logical thinking ability to the maximum extent.Third, the language teacher can organize every three weeks in the class a " lesson to speak," so that there is no margin between teachers and students to carry out a collective unsuspecting exchanges, and to communicate the contents of the large astronomy, geography, and other small to everyday life experiences limited to only require that all students should speak like everyday life.Fourth, in every language teacher discretion for a period of two months to draw up a temporary way students an average of six people a project team, so that groups of students work together to make a group report, and let each member responsible for that part of the speech himself; At the same time the end of the report of the Panel, the Panel were asked in the most concise way to answer the teacher’s questions1-2and questioned for any remaining doubt or different views of the students’questions should be rapid answer...
