Undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation is a process to absorb,transform,use,create and disseminate the learned knowledge under the leading of Universities' related institutions.The process is derived from teaching activities of universities,while counterproductive influence is taken in institutions of higher learning activities.What's more,the academic development and the moral of campus culture,teaching,study,and the university research activities are all promoted.CPC Central Committee General Secretary Hu Jintao on behalf of the Central Committee for the seventh session reported an article called " Unswervingly Advance Along the Road of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics For Building A Moderately Prosperous Society In All Respects " and the introduction of the "Long-term Education Reform and new Directions development Plan(2010-2020)" in 2010 emphasize clearly the status of science and technology innovation and a new direction of undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation.But there is a large gap in two aspects of Undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation between the requirements in these documentations and the realistic.These respects contain environments of innovation cooperation and innovation knowledge management.Consequently,this dissertation constructs a research framework of undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation coupling system based on the analysis of knowledge management.Firstly,the static hierarchy of college science and technology innovation coupling system is approached by systematic analysis.Secondly,this dissertation improves the chain of traditional knowledge and SECI model,and builds a dynamic model of knowledge evolution.Then starting from a historical perspective the influenced factors of coupling and the evolutionary trajectory are both studied by causal analysis of system dynamics.On the basis of establishing the resistance of knowledge management and dynamic evaluation index system and the application of data envelopment method,efficiency-coupling of system evaluation model is set up;Using the method of case analysis,to calculate and evaluate the result of the example,thus put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This dissertation consists of eight chapters:The first chapter discusses the purpose and significance of the research topic,an overview of the domestic and foreign undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation,problems of knowledge management and the status quo of coupling theory and summary of the contents of the study,methods and technology roadmap.Chapter Two analyzes the relationship between knowledge management and undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation,undergraduates' scientific and technical innovationsystem coupling development course in the application history of knowledge management,knowledge management based on the coupling mechanism of the undergraduates' science and technology innovation system to explore the correlation of both.Chapter III is on the basis of defining the characteristics of the college students' science and technology innovation coupling system and couplingbasic patterns,attempts to analysis undergraduates' science and technology innovation system fromthe perspective of system elements,and builds undergraduates' science and technology innovation coupling system static model framework.Chapter IV discusses the rule of knowledge flow,the rule oftransformation amongexplicit knowledge,tacit knowledge,organization knowledge,teamwork knowledge and individual knowledge and the coupling relationship between these rules and undergraduates' science and technology innovation system.The fifth chapter concludes factors which affect affecting the evolution of system coupling,and draws the causality diagram system coupling evolution with the causal analysis method,summarizing its evolution mechanism.Chapter VI uses questionnaire investigation to determine the four subsystems of the power and resistance of knowledge management evaluation index system of undergraduates of science and technology innovation coupling system,andon this basis,uses DEA method to evaluate the system efficiency-coupling.Chapter VII,according to the case studies,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to evaluation units which fall into the range of(high efficiency,low coupling),(high efficiency coupling)and(medium efficiency,coupling).The last chapter makes a summary of conclusions,innovation and future research prospects of the full text.The innovation of this dissertation has four points: the First one is to build a hierarchical framework for analyzing the structure of college science and technology innovation static coupling system based on knowledge management and establish a dynamic model of knowledge evolutionto analysis system of coupling phenomena.Second is to analyze the coupled evolutionary mechanisms of undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation by the use of systematic dynamics analysis from the perspective of knowledge management.The third one is to establish a system of efficiency-coupling evaluation model based on knowledge management.And the final innovation point is aimed at the basis of the theoretical analysis to put forward relevant proposals of undergraduates' scientific and technical innovation system.
