Yunnan Minority Students And Economic Conditions Of The Poor And Countermeasures Research

Especially among minority nationality students poverty among college students is an unavoidable phenomenon in our country' s present social development. This article makes a study of poverty students among minority nationality college student in Yunnan in order to explore the nature of social, economic, technological and educational underdevelopment existing among Yunnan minority nationalities in their social development. The result of the study can be used as important basis for governments of different levels to make policy. It will do well for the social progeny and development, for the economic development of minority nationalities of Yunnan province. It may be used as guidance for the poverty alienation of all nationalities to realize the plan of well off as other nationalities in China. It is of importance to solve the problem of poverty among minority nationality college students in Yunnan province.Poverty problem of college ethnic students is a hot and difficult point in the convent social development of our country. Especially, the ethnic poverty students' problem is the most difficult and important one. This article chose the poverty students in college of Yunnan province as an object of study,seeing through their poverty facts, revealing the backward essence of the society, economy, science, education of ethnic area, which exist in Yunnan social development. The result of this research form an important basis for governments at all levels to formulate a policy or measure. It 's benefit to the society; the people in ethnic area develop there among with local ambitions and improve themselves with each passing day. It' s also a realistic guidance to resolve the poverty problem of Yunnan ethnic group, achieve goal of constructing a relatively comfortable life with all ethnic people, and deal with the poverty problem of college ethnic students in Yunnan.Taking as an example the practices of Yunnan Nationalities University in applying the related polices of the government to cope with poverty problems of its college students, this essay studies the economic development of Yunnan ethnic minorities under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", in the light of the principles of telling it like it is, studying from specific perspectives to serve a general goal and conducting theoretical research to serve social practices, by using theories of science of ethnic economy, management science, pedagogy and some other fields of study. The article is an intended trial of applying the scientific findings of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and DengXiaoping Theory to the practices of the important thought of "Three Represents", a trial of serving practices with research findings, a trial of theoretical innovation, and also a trial of solving actual problems with Marxist theories about ethnic economy.This essay analyzes the causes that led to the poverty of college students of ethnic minorities from perspectives of the natural environment, geographic conditions, social and economic situations of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan, as well as the current social conditions of the whole country in trying to build a comparatively well-off society. The essay concludes that the root causes of poverty of the college students of Yunnan ethnic minorities are the economic backwardness in the border areas, in the countryside and in the mountainous regions, and the increase of poor people fresh from the state-owned enterprises being reformed. The reality of social and economic backwardness of Yunnan ethnic minorities in border regions has become a serious threat to the correctness of the policies of the Communist Party and a challenge to the superiority of socialism.
