On the one hand, education is dialectic, on the other hand, the research which has been done on the dialectics of education is very poor. Thus, the research on the dialectics of education must be strengthened. It is benefitted to understand more about the dialectic nature of education to research the dialectics of education deeply, so that we can educate consciously according to it. It is also benefitted to improve the ability of dialectical thinking to understand education dialectically.The things such as the dialectical structure of educational activity, the dialectical development of education, the dialectical relationship and the choice between the different values of education, the realization of the value of education, the inherent contradiction of the education-cognition, etc, have been analysed dialectically in the thesis.The dialectics of education, which is ubiquitous and has its hiberarchy, is the unity and the transformation between opposites in education. Teachers, students and educational materials are the elements of educational activity, which interact and form the dialectical complicated relations between the subject and the object. Educating and Communicating are the two faces of the educational activity.The transformation between education and self-education shows the dialectical development of education, so does the transformation among education, man and the sosiety.The value of education means that education gratifies one's need. The contact and transformation between the different values of education form the tridimensional, dynamic ,complex and dialectical structure,which not only makes the choice between the different values of education needed and makes the realization of the value of education possible.The cognition of education is the reflection of education,which involves creation of some degree. The opposition and the unity between the subject and the object is the inherence contradiction of education cognition,which needs dialectical thinking to realize the dialectical unity between the subject and the object.
