Competence education aimed at developing the innovate ability of youth. However Chinese ideology and politics lesson goes against that aim because of its tradition teaching model. It is urgent affairs to change teaching idea and model.Case-teaching is a mature teaching method in theory and practice in teaching practice overseas now. It is recognized as the medium of instructional theory and practice. Nevertheless, there would be bugs in it unless it is studied as teaching model.The article handle 'model theory 'as angle of reach view, based on the progeny of teaching theory .education sociology, psychology, curriculum theory, moral education theory, education estimate etc. It discussed the background and theory basis of case- teaching and how to constract teaching model. Based on which and the teaching practice, attempts to constract the case-teaching model of Chinese ideology and politics lesson. Case-teaching model involves cases study, classroom discussion, and learn theory with cases, beneficial to the development of students' creative spirit and ability in practice.First, the article makes a specific limitation and theory testify of case-teaching model, after that, it analysis the importance of case-teaching and the condition for realization. Based on that, attempts to constract the case-teaching model of Chinese ideology and politics. The article emphasized on how to set up the aim of the case-teaching model, how to put in practice ,the roles of teacher and student and how to estimate it. Finally, the article give a demonstration of the case-teaching model.The article insists on Marxist theory and historical view. On the basis of investigation and analysis of references, it forms the theory of the case-teaching model. The article constructs the model by visiting and observing middle-school. Study proves the case-teaching model a rational choice for realizing the goal of quality-oriented education.
