Study Of The Main Problems And Management Strategies In High School Sex Education

In China, No one wants to talk about sex with each other, and none of them considers how to carry out sex education. Although in the middle of 1980's somebody attempted to carry on sex education in senior middle school of some large cities, but the crisis of sex education in senior middle school is increasingly severe after twenty years. Under the heavy shade of testing education new fact is that the student's sexuality and sexual crime in senior middle school is going up, persons that young girls had abortions and unmarried mother is increasing. These startling things make us recognize that now we can not evade sex education without an end. Between the special historical age-old malpractice and violently changing system it is time for each person in our society to encourage and give out wisdom. For social stability and student's lifelong happiness, strengthening the management of sex education in senior middle school is a pressing matter of the moment.Because sex education is a systematic engineering, so I projected student questionnaire, teacher questionnaire, parent questionnaire after I worked out premise hypothesis to the main body of sex education in senior middle school. These questionnaires chiefly involved educational policy, educational law, educatiorfal inspection, curriculum, the management of school social work, educational researcher, student management and teacher management. Then I chose samples to apply the questionnaire.First, on the base of it, I analysed the survey questionnaires with the methods of quantitative research and qualitative research at the visual angles of educational law, educational inspection, curriculum administration and curriculum evaluation in the level of educational administration. After these I found some main question: There is no law of sex education, policy and management of sex education are in disorder, inspection of sex education is short of power, curriculum of sex education is not really installed in China.Second, I analysed the survey questionnaires at the visual angle of instructional management and the management of moral education, management of school social work, management of educational research in the level of management of educational routine. After these I found some main question in the level. There is severely in confusion between educational purpose and methods in instructional management and management of moral education, the obligation of each main body of sex education is not clear, and each main body of sex education always shifted responsibility into others, the research of sex education is "Left" in form but Right in essence.The third, I analysed the survey questionnaires at the visual angle of teacher management, student's characteristics and student management in the level of object of management of sex education. After these I found some main question in the level. There is shortage of teachers of sex education, student management is in disorder, sexual information in senior middle school is in flood, the students'sexuality didn't conform to the standard.On the base of it, I gave out some feasible administrative strategies. These main feasible strategies are: Removing incorrect sense of sex education, constructing the sense of sex education for the students' lifelong development: Perfecting and carrying out the policy of sex education, issuing the law of sex education; In order to realize the goal of sex education, we must strengthen the construction of the teaching material and curriculum administration; We must reinforce educational evaluation and inspection of sex education in senior middle school; Ensuring the function of safeguard machine-processed to work; strengthening teacher training and teacher management of sex education in senior middle school; We must define each main body's obligation in order to cooperate principle of sex education with instructional approach.Finally, according of my research, I looked into the future of sex education in senior middle school of China.
