Graduate Education Management Problems And Countermeasures

The competition of economy is the competition of talents and the competition of human resources which have synthetic stuff. With the global economic integration, comes the rapid expansion and intensification of competition for general quality of talents. In order to take the dominance of both economy and technology, all countries have been waged a war to win the best of human resources globally, in addition, many science and technology strategies have been carried out domestically. In our country, graduate education takes on the most important task, which is to cultivate the high stuff, high arrangement and creative talents. These will become the most power for our country to construct the creative system and capture the dominance of both economy and technology. Nowadays with the high size of graduate education, how to cultivate the high stuff and research talents with the limited resources is our country urgent affairs.This paper focused on human resources and analyzed the problems of graduate education and management, based on the history and development of graduate education, with practical work and successful experience abroad, put forward the effective measures aimed to strengthen the management of graduate education and finished through analyzing the case of Hunan University . We concluded that the graduate students strengthened their self-awareness in the philosophy and axiology, and pursed the self-realization in the internal value. In the value judgment, originally they were the nonobjective idealists, but now they laid particular stress on the loaves and fishes etc. According to these new characters, through exploring the foreign graduate education's rules, we advanced the new measures: combining the unitary optimization and self-management; combining the rationality organization and high efficiency; combining the administrative management and democratic management; corresponding direction and technicality; combining the traditional morality and traditional virtue; strengthening the construction of the tutors. Finally, this paper discussed challenge and practical choices of graduate education and management in Hunan University. In this paper, measures and methods proposed gave a bright way for other universities and had great use for reference.
