Study On Problems Of Graduate Educational Management System In China

In our country, graduate education undertakes the most important role in cultivating the high stuff, high arrangement and creative talents. Graduate education management, as an important part of graduate education, plays a crucial role in promoting the reform and development of graduate education as well as ensuring the quality of graduate cultivation.The paper puts forward the effective measures to improve the graduate educational management system by studying on the current problem in graduate educational management system, which mainly includes the enrollment system; tutorial system; elastic educational system and elimination system.Firstly, the paper analyses the basis problem, which mainly focuses on development, characteristic, trend in graduate education and the construction in graduate educational management system, in addition, the paper studys the relationship between system construction and graduate educational quality in our graduate education.Secondly, based on the researches into the basis problem in graduate educational management system, the paper analyses some problems in graduate educational management system, mainly including the contradiction between selected excellent talents and current enrollment system, cultivated excellent talents and graduate tutors'status quo and system, existent study system and the demands for talents development, elimination system and quality certification system of graduate student.Finally, the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions to the"four contradiction"in graduate educational management system in our country.
