On The Change Of Non - Government Education Policy And Practice In The New Period

Since the 3rd session 11th congress of CPC, the Chinese private education has appeared in the processing of the reform and opening, the policy of private education has reformed and changed in the processing, it has pushed the cause of private education to a suitable Chinese national conditions developing way.The policy of private education had been formulated at the beginning of PRC, and had produced positive functions. The new era private education had been resumed after the Culture Revolution and has been developed from the eighties. The changes and practices of the policies of the new era private education are division to three stages: the stage of agrees people to set up schools, the stage of encourage and the stage of criterion by law. The correct theories and polices direct practices, the development and changes of practices need responses of theories and polices at the same time.
