Inquire-learning is a hot problem in education research field in recent years. Think about how to teach from how to study and let inquire-learning go into class is the orientation of class teaching reform.The research is on how to make instructional design of middle school chemistry inquire-learning by references summary and teaching practice. In this paper, we will discuss the dominant position of the middle school chemistry instructional design applied in instruction under the inquire-learning study method based on the elaboration of constructivism theory, human-departmentalism, multiple intelligences, subject education. Through analyzing the traditional chemistry class instructional design and comparing it with that of inquire-learning, we can draw a conclusion that inquire-learning should combine with class instruction. We classify the ongoing inquire-learning instructional models and illustrate the specific design procedure through examples. We point out the principles and the developmental tendency of chemistry inquire-learning. We also discuss the problems appearing during the practice process as well as some suggests. The examples in the paper can be provided for further study.The inquire-learning is a kind of study methods that is advantageous for the development of students. The education workers must change their education concept and make reasonable instructional design to make inquire-learning practice successfully in chemistry class teaching, develop the creative spirit and practice ability of the students, and carry out quality education wide-spread.
