With the development of society, our material life is improving largely. But subsequently, our health is facing many new problems. Then, health is padded more people's attention. Because Physical Education (PE) acts important an role in healthy facilitation, the attention to health arose the attention to PE necessarily. Education is a course of training students. Its key is curriculum, so the key of PE is PE curriculum. It is important to design a scientific model of PE and health Education (HE) and make it concrete. The methodology of documentation, compare and questionnaire are used in this dissertation.There are two models of HE and PE curriculum setting in foreign and regional elementary school and high school: HE and PE are detached, HE and PE are united. Through the study two models, I found that the model of detaching is more reasonable.This study put forward curriculum goal system: (1) master basic knowledge and skill; (2) form interest to sport and make basic for participating in PE in all one's life;(3) have active attitude, strong will and true value judgement; (4) study to help each other and have ability of intercourse; (5) have skill of exercise out of doors; (6 ) can create healthy environment which is propitious to own and collective development;(7) respect the difference of people; (8) possess capability of use HE and PE serve, productions and facilities.This research suggested curriculum content system: (1) basic knowledge and skill;(2)own development; (3 technique and skill of intercourse; (4)skill of exercise out of doors; (5) creation of healthy environment.This investigation advanced curriculum assess includes: (1) basic knowledge and skill; (2) the ability of study HE and PE; (3) participation in sport; (4) study attitude and value judgement; (5) play safely; (6) capability of helping each other and the technique in intercourse.
