With entering 21st century, the core question becomes the competition of talents from the comprehensive view of the political and economic situation at home and abroad. Whether to have creative ability or not gets the important standard by which measuring new type of talents. Creation education turns the focus of theoretical research and practical exploration at this time. In order to undertaking creation education effectively, the first thing is to improve teachers' quality of undertaking creation education. The renewal of teachers' knowledge should be the starting point, the formation of creative consciousness should be the premise and the cultivation of creative ability should be the key to put the creative education into practice. With the development of course reform in the new turn of basic education, the educational ideas, teaching methods and teaching behavior of language teachers are unprecedentedly changing. New situation promotes new requirements for the language teachers' professional ability. This thesis specifically discusses the professional skills of language teachers in carrying out creation education and proposes sets of skills training modes pre-professionally, in-professionally and post-professionally. The Chinese language creation education in this thesis refers the ideas and practice with the promulgation of the Standard of the New Chinese Course. By contrasting, the Chinese language traditional education refers the ideas and practice between the foundation of People's Republic of China and the promulgation of the Standard of the New Course.The thesis is divided into three parts: preface, body and conclusion. The body consists of four parts. The first two parts lay emphasis to theoretical probe. They mainly demonstrate the relationship between the nature, contents and requirements of creation education and the cultivation of talents and language teaching. The last two parts lay emphasis to applied study. They mainly study the need for language teachers' ability to put creation education into practice and sets of language teachers' skills training modes pre-professionally, in-professionally and post-professionally.Preface introduces the present studies on domestic language teachers' professional ability and the meaning of this thesis.Part One Cultivation of Talents and Creation Education Creation education is the educational theories and methods to cultivate students' creative consciousness, creative thinking, creative ability and creative personality. Creation education conforms to the need of cultivating talents in the times of knowledge economy and also the need of developing creative potentials. It requests the teachers to have the consciousness of creation education,the knowledge accomplishment and the skill to carry out creation education.Part Two Creation Education and Language Education It is necessary to carry out creation education in Chinese language teaching from the view of tendency in language education reform, the characteristics of language learning and the self-development of language course. Language teaching concludes the elements to promote students' creative consciousness and creates useful conditions for language creation education from the point of the core of language, the basic units of language, the textbooks, the teaching activities, the synthetic of courses and the learning characteristics. The stage of Chinese language traditional education includes the two stages of knowledge type and intelligence type. It has both connection and difference with the language creation education on the stage of creation education.Part Three Creation Education and Language Teachers' Professional Skills According to the course reform in the new turn of basic education and the need for language teaching of the Standard of the New Course , while language teachers carrying out creation education, they should posses those professional skills, such as cultivating creative thinking in language teaching, guiding research study, developing school-based curriculum, and integrating i...
