Young teachers are the backbone of the long-term development of rural schools.Their impact on the development of rural schools and students is huge.Teachers' professional skills are a very important part of teachers' professional development.Strengthening the development of young teachers' professional skills can promote teachers' better development and progress,which is of great significance for improving the teaching level and quality of rural schools.In this study the total school part of the young teachers in the countryside of west China as the research object,through questionnaire investigation,interview,observing and analyzing the youth of the rural school teachers' professional skills development present situation,existing problems,and to interview some outstanding young teachers,to explore the young teachers in professional development are faced with the problem,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly including the study of the origin of the professional skills of young rural teachers,the purpose and significance of the study,literature review at home and abroad,the selection of research objects,research methods.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the characteristics of the professional skill development of young teachers.The third part USES the questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of the professional skills of young teachers in rural schools and analyzes the specific situation of the questionnaire survey.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the development of the professional skills of young teachers in rural schools.The fifth part is the Suggestions to promote the development of the professional skills of young teachers in rural schools.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the existing problems in the research.
