Internal Management Model For Research Universities In China

This paper focus in the inner management model of Chinese research university. Conclude and analyse the model of foreign research university and consider it systemicly. The paper research the whole university in our country on the basis of inner management actuality and construct the reasonable model of our research university, which can guide the reform of the whole research university in our country.At first, this paper analyse the characteristic of the management model of American,German and Britain research university .Then analyse the characteristic of the management model of our university.And comment the magnitude reform case in history. Finally on the foundation of actuality it put forward the ideal inner management model of the research university of my country. This new model include objective model, strategy model, power model, organization model, inner administration , academic management. The model will supervise ultimately the developing research university in china.
