| This thesis mainly deals with the necessity and the accessibility of the basic modes of the probe study in biology teaching in the countryside by analyzing the present situation and application of the probe study in home and abroad. There are the following difficulties like the inadequate knowledge about the probe study, the weak base about the theories of the teaching, the lack of confidence in carrying on the study and the lack of certain facilities and tools. So the solutions are as follows: Spreading the propaganda for the change of ideas, training the teachers for the improvement of quality and increasing the fund in teaching for the improvement of education. I got some points which should be taken into consideration during practice. At first The guidance in choosing subjects 1.The subjects must be rooted from the real life of students. 2.The subjects should be helpful to develop students' abilities. 3.The subjects should be good for all the students. Second the guidance in probing :1.The guidance in basic knowledge 2.The instruction in the probing ways 3.The inducement in the ways of thinking 4.The training in psychology. Finally the guidance in the assessment :The big difference exists in traditional and studying assessments . So we should use the discussion in teams and the reports to give the overall assessment. During the practice , we found it a way to break the tradition of education because it evoke the students' motives , develop the sense of being owner and they can recreate in the practice. Furthermore, it is helpful to increase the efficiency of classes of other subjects by permeating them . It is also meaningful to the form of ideas and the development of the ways of thinking. In a word, it pushes the biology teaching forward , evoke the interests so that students can study actively and have a sense of science. |
