Open And Distance Education New Teaching Model Discussed

Accompany with the quick transformation of the way of production and the continuous progress of the social civilization degree, people's requirement to take part in open learning is increasing steadily, more and more staff hope acquire the higher level of qualification education. At the same time, with the extensive application of ICT in distance education, it also has constructed a learning environment that is open to people steadily. The Central Radio & Television University is a distance and open university who make use of the technique to deliver the content of course, organize the teaching activities. At present, "The Reform On Personnel-training Mode & Open Education Pilot" program gives it a good chance to push instructional mode progress in open learning environment.The pilot program provides a background for this research. On the premise of theories research and practice inquisition, the author tries to bring up considerations to current instructional mode reform, and bring up some suggestions for its further development. The article totally is divided into four sections. In the first part, the author relate the connotation and characteristics of the Open and Distance Education, and introduced the present condition and trend of the domestic and international ODE'S instructional modes development. The second part related the realistic background and theories foundation of the CRTVU'S instructional mode reform, and studied the key problem that is being resolved in this reform. In the third part, after Investigate to instructional practice, the author thought that the Modeling of ODE must be established form three aspect, which are promote people to study, keep the learning proceed and formative assessments, and be in conjunction with the proceeding. Finally, this article analyze two concrete examples in the instructional mode reform, reflect the latest research result in this field. And further proof the important meaning of establish the system of promote people to study, keep the learning proceed and formative assessments in the instructional mode reform.
