The Study On Management Model Of Shanghai Distance Open Education

Compared with the traditional education mode, Distance Open Education has broken the limitation and has established lifetime education style. However, Modern Distance Open Education overall is still in the exploring period and facing some problems. This Paper put the emphasis on the construction of management mode. All these modes in order to be able to meet the social development demand in the construction of lifetime learning society.This Paper based on the case of Shanghai Television University, is a study on the present situation and development tendency of the management mode of Shanghai's Distance Open Education, putting the emphasis on the construction of micro management mode. Modern Distance Open Education overall is still in the exploring period and facing some problems perfect the learning supporting service system, improve the efficiency of resource utilization. Affected and contrained by the traditional teaching management concept, modern educational management system has not been established to cope with the Distance Open Education. It is an urgent need to build up the suitable educational management mode to meet the demand of social development.In the process of building up the Management Mode of Shanghai Distance Open Education, following factors should be taking into consideration: providing diversified HR Success mechanism to the society; establishing open management system; establishing perfect learning supporting service system; establishing quality guarantee system to meet the demand of schools, teachers, students and government. Guided by these principles, in order to promote the further development of Shanghai's Distance Open Education management mode, proposals have been put forward in establishing 3M teaching management mode, student-centered personalized and humanized teaching business management mode, teachers'core competition management mode, as well as student autonomous learning based learning supporting service system.
