The disadvantaged students in class are existed in the school. They are always the attracting subjects by People in the field of education. Through the investigation of and reflection on education actuality, the author try to discover how the systematic education constructs a disadvantaged group in class in visible and hidden ways ,sum up it's mechanism, explore it's reason deeply and give some advice .The study show that, a disadvantaged group in class is constructed in the interact with teachers and other students, in the context of teaching and administion, especially in the estimate standard only by mark, on the one hand, linear and rigid teaching needs obedient student. These resisted students can't receive knowledge effectively from teachers and will be controlled strictly. In the other hand, strict and rigid management requires the students to obey the rules. If offending the rules, the students will be repressed. Disciplining and punishing cause their disvantaged position and result in their failure in school work, "linear and rigid teaching "and "strict and ridid management" follow and transform each other, become a custom gradually, and result in the disadvantaged group in class.In order to chang the existence of the disadvantaged group in class, returning life is the basis, caring existence is the core, advocating equal communication is the emphasis, commenting variably is the key, and re-constructing management system is the guarantee.
