University Innovation Education Goal System

With the rapid development of science and technology, the innovative personnel with high quality is the key to social progress and development. Implementing the innovative education through which the students' innovative spirit and innovative ability are cultivated, which should become a notion and practice of teaching reform of high education in China.In the perspective of colleges or universities' innovation in recent years, most of them are in a state of slowness, formalism and commonplace. The ones do exceeding well in carrying out innovative spirit are scarcely visible. This is connected with a lot of reasons, the shortage of objectives of innovative education is a major one besides people's old-fashioned education ideas and restriction of educational conditions.By relying on the theory of construction of innovative education's objective and starting from innovative connotation, the paper is trying to establish the objective system of innovative education. The general objective of innovative education is to foster a high level and particular talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability.Owing to the categories and levels of colleges or universities are different as well as the standards and request to talents, are different, thus to decompose the objective of innovative education in a vertical and horizontal way for the sake of constructing the objective system which acted as a guided function to the practice.The vertical way of objective system of innovative education is a liberal innovative quality, which consist of 3-dimension integrity: the dimensions of innovative knowledge, the dimensions of innovative intelligence and the dimensions of innovative quality.The horizontal way of objective system reflects different colleges or universities' requirements of innovative personnel which belong to certain energy level and orientation, including imitative group of talents, comprehensive group of talents and initiative group of talents.Of course, the colleges or universities with different energy level an orientation, they don't produced the same level of students. In fact, every college or university has its innovative talents to a varying degree. Only the composition proportion are different.What's more, to achieve the objective system of innovative education, it is imperative to provide a series of condition, including construction of curriculum, construction of teacher's contingent, construction of teaching condition, transformation of study method, reform of teaching management system and construction of campus's culture environment.
