With the fast development and changes of modern society, the social backgroundof education and the social problems that we are facing are changing deeply. Thechanging times and the development of education itself bring new requests toschooling. To improve the qualities of teachers who are the undertakers of schooleducation is the most important thing to develop education. How to improve theteachers' professional qualities effectively and how to improve the guiding ability ofteaching practice become the serious problem of teaching research including teacherresearch. Teaching assessment and teachers' training are the important ways of improvingteachers' abilities and teaching activities. Thereinto, teaching assessment is the timescontrolling and the value judgement which are directly or indirectly related to theteaching activities. The aim of assessment depends on the result of assessment, thepolicies of improving teaching activities and the policies of improving teachingachievements.The self-assessment whose character is researching teacher performance in class canmake teacher understand the essence of teaching and adjust and improve it's teachingactivities during the process in which teacher will describe, analyze and explain theteaching activities and class phenomena. Moreover, the importance of this is byassessing itself, the teacher could correct its concepts when teaching, and the teachercan realize its active development by assessing the value judgement. During the practice in senior high school teaching, the author systematicallymade a practical research which is based on the rational assessment theory. Theresearch includes three aspects as follows: student assessment, peer assessment andteacher self-assessment. According to the 22-question questionnaire which has beendone by the 191 students in senior 1 and 2, the author has assessed and adjusted herteaching research as follows:1) the realization, attitude and interest towards math which are created by studying;2) the basic instance of teaching;3) the communicated activities between teacher and students during the process of teaching;4) the proposals of using the CAI during the math teaching;5) the ways of mathematical mental teaching.Meanwhile, based on the peer assessment, researching the result of the peerassessment to the teacher's personal teaching and self-assessment, self-assessment andstudent assessment, the comparison between self-assessment and peer assessment, theteacher may actively and properly make a self-assessment, discover its own teachingcharacteristics and make up the disadvantages, and also it can improve the teachingand develop the teaching concepts.The self-assessment regards improving teaching as its final aim so that it canavoid the negativeness which can block the creation of external assessment. It is goodto accelerate the introjection between the teacher's attitude and the schoolatmosphere and it is also important to advance the introjection between the teacher'sactivities and the development in the future, if we accelerate the introjection betweenthe development of teacher itself and the school's need.
