Recently, the extra-curricular counseling market of the primary and middleschools in our country has rapid development. But the theory about how to meet thecustomer’s satisfaction and practice the deep study only is in the bud and exploringstage, which has no coordination with the rapid development of China’s huge primaryand secondary school education training market and lead to encountering obstacles.How to meet the needs of students and parents to improve their satisfaction, and howto obtain the sustained competitive advantage under the intense market competitionon their own have become the problem urgently in need of solution on the primaryand secondary school education training institutions. Currently, about building theevaluation index system and establishing the model of customer satisfaction ofprimary and secondary school education training industry are also important tasksfaced. Therefore, this article has theoretical significance and practical significance.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction. It introduces thepurpose and significance of this research, reviews the research status about customersatisfaction at home and abroad, the research methods and the technical route of thisthesis. The second part is the theoretical basis part in this article, outlines the relatedtheory of customer satisfaction, such as the assessment tools of customer satisfaction.The third part is the empirical analysis, which is the key part in this paper. It includesthe sample’s descriptive statistical analysis, the sample’s reliability and validityanalysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, the construction of customer satisfactionmeasurement model and so an. The fourth part clearly concludes the influence factorsof customer satisfaction and the optimization direction on primary and secondaryschool education training industry. There are six factors determining the customersatisfaction of primary and secondary school education training industry: environment,qualification, teaching propaganda and service, and draw satisfaction-importancemap. It constitutes the four areas: advantage area, repair area, opportunity area,maintain area. It puts forward to the optimizing direction of customer satisfactionfrom the environment, teachers, teaching, propaganda and service aspects of primaryand secondary school education training industry. It includes: providing the goodteaching environment and ensure the classroom sound insulation effect, strengtheningthe management of teachers’ team and training system development course, diversification of the curriculum and improving the internal agency company,building a more perfect4p marketing system, reasonable positioning of enterprisecustomer expectations and correctly handling customer complaints. The fifth part isthe last part of this article, which is the research conclusion. It summarizes the paperand puts forward the innovation points and limitations. It also puts forward theoutlook and hopes that the future’s scholars can take improvement measures scholarsin view of the deficiency and have more clear direction for the further research.In this thesis, the main research results and innovation points are as follows.Building the customer satisfaction evaluation index system of primary and secondaryschool education training industry through the factor analysis. Establishing theevaluation model primary and secondary school education training industry customersatisfaction, and including the degree of each factor’s influence on customersatisfaction. Denote the satisfaction value of each factor as x abscissa, the importancevalue as y coordinate, and draw satisfaction-importance map. It constitutes the fourareas: advantage area, repair area, opportunity area, maintain area.
