The problem behavior of teachers means teachers' improper or extremist educational behavior to students in process of teaching, which violates educational requirements and laws, affects students' health of body and mind, and even causes the severe hurts. The problem behavior of teachers has a lot of influence. Objectively it will affect the normal teaching orders and do harm to schools, families and the society. Subjectively it will affect students' own development of intellectual power, development of individuality and adaptation to the society, and also hinder their healthy growth . In recent years, there is more and more problem behavior of teachers in some primary and middle schools. It has done harm to teachers' image. Hence, it is really significant to strengthen the study of the problem behavior of teachers. But, it is a weak link because the expressive forms, causes and causalities of problem behavior are rather complex. Most of the study is limited to the theoretical description and short of the substantial evidence. The study tries to explore the basic features of teachers from the primary and middle schools in the background of the present society in the combined form of question-and-answer investigation to some teachers and theoretical analysis, and it also supplies the reference proofs for preventing and correcting the problem behavior of teachers.The essay discusses the basic features of the problem behavior of teachers from the primary and middle schools through teachers' behavior of indifference, favorite, suppression, physical punishment and disguised physical punishment. The four kinds of the problem behavior of teachers will be reflected by the test papers of cogitation and behavior intention. The investigation papers are classified three forms: Paperl is an inventory test in five degrees .Paper2 involves freely-chosen problems.Paper3 is freely-expressed ones. Paperl and Paper2 are closed papers. Paper3 is opening paper. Paperl is the main part. Paper2 and Paper3 are compensations to Paperl.The study takes the question-and-answer investigation as a main part ,aside by talking, visiting and so on .We chose ten schools from towns, townships and suburbsof Linyi City Shandong Province to do the investigation. The results are the following: 1.Some teachers have the problem behavior, especially on the behavior of suppression, physical punishment and disguised physical punishment.2.There exists obvious difference in teachers' grade on the behavior of indifference and favorite. 3.There is obvious difference in the age of teachers on the behavior of indifference, suppression, physical punishment and disguise physical punishment. 4.There exists obvious difference between teachers in charge of class and ordinary teachers in the behavior of indifference, favorite, suppression, physical punishment and disguised physical punishment.5.There is obvious difference between teachers from suburbs and teachers from towns and townships in the behavior of indifference, physical punishment and disguised physical punishment. 6.There is obvious difference on the different schoolings in the behavior of indifference.7.Ther is obvious difference on the teachers' sex in the behavior of favorite.According to the results, this article discussed such questions as the problem behavior of teachers about the general feature, the grade feature, the teachers' age feature, the teachers in charge of class and ordinary teachers feature, the feature of teachers from suburbs and teachers from towns and townships, the teachers' schoolings feature, the teachers' sex feature, and so on.The essay also put forward to the suggestion of preventing and correcting the problem behavior of teachers in the last part. First, really raising teachers' vocational accomplishment: (l)Strengthening the construction of teachers' moral.
