The article, both in theory and in practice, does some researches on teachers' quality required in the research study curriculum. The theory part contains: the connotation, the characteristics, the targets, and the requirements for teachers' knowledge construction and teaching abilities in the research. The article also deals with requirements for teachers' knowledge construction both in quality and quantity. The teachers should have the quality of research, synthesis and comprehension. The teachers should have the ability for scientific research and creation. The article analyzes teachers' various abilities required in the research study curriculum. The practice part contains: the guidance of the methods, topic choice and summing-up of the research study curriculum. The article analyzes teachers' quality construction in the research study in the view of post-modern knowledge, post-modern curriculum, modern study and educational thought of principal part. It completely shows the organic combinations of direction and independence, foundation and research, prescript and opening, division and synthesis, unification and variety, theory and practice.
