Abstract: Education is important to the development of a country, while high-qualified teachers are important to the development of education. To ensure the quality of teaching in compulsory education, a reasonable structure of the teachers is required. The article reveals the problem in the teachers' whole structure in junior middle school in Chaoyang city through the analysis of it according to the rate of teachers to students, degrees of education, ages, professional titles, subjects, sexes as well as the transferring of teachers. And the article puts forward practical measures to better the teachers' whole qualities in junior middle school in Chaoyang city by setting forth a full exposition of a reasonable structure. |
