One of the most serious problems on education is the " laggard student" .The theory about modal exercitation is the main theory w hich is used for instructing teaching in our country since China has been fo unded Under the control of this theory, teachers mostly improve the students' ability by training. As a result, notonly the students but also the teachers run into great number of the exercise with very tired mind but affect a fraction. The psychoanalysts who have the mo st forces in modern times think that the drawback in some subjects of the stud ent is because the limitation of the knowledge not the difference in intellige nee quotient. There are two main kinds of knowledge; they declarative knowledg e and the proceduralknowledge We can check the sciential frame to know which is missing. A sciential frame is an organizational frame. Everybody has differ ent minds, so they have different levels about using their knowledge and diffe rent achievements. Under the guidance of this theory and my experience of teac hing, I had an elementary investigation on the problem of " laggard student" in the subject of history. Idiscovered the drawback in cognitive frame of " 1 aggard student"by analyzing their text papers and talking to them. Then I can make them have better cognitive frames, improve their status and accelerate the students' de velopment by making up their drawback in the knowledge.
