The actualities of biology experimentation teaching is subordinate status of teaching. It is following traditional teaching mode, which is only recognizing the ability of experimental training and neglecting the students' ability to create, but those conception is incommensurate to the person with ability requirement of 21 century. Therefore, it is necessary to carry through creative education innovation of biology experimental teaching in the senior high school. This paper aim at searching the effective ways in developing students' creation as well as the modes of creative experimental teaching thorough teaching experiment which is according to the apotheosis education theory and the inaugurate teaching idea, and also utilizing the particular predominance of biology experimental teaching. Contrasting the experiment class with the basement class, it is much more proved that some of my hunting conclusions played an active role in fostering students' creative thinking. Students are interested in learning biology, their integrative capacity of analyzing and solving problem is improved, even their independence study heart is strengthened. Aimed at the problem discovered in this research ,We brought forward our opinion.
