Teachers Professional Development is the process of the teachers master the necessary knowledge and skills of their profession practice at every stage in their teaching-occupation. It means teachers' development of their profession, including heighten confidence, improve skills, develop the knowledge of their subject and strengthen the consciousness of classroom instruction.Teachers Professional Development can't deviate from the teaching, and the teaching can't deviate from school. Middle school and primary school are the most principal circumstances of teachers professional development, they are in the very important position. This article will discuss the middle school and primary school's position and role-including school-based inservice education, school-based teaching and research, school-based courses exploit in the teachers professional development, and try to advance some operation tactics of promoting the teachers professional development in the middle school and primary school.Teachers Professional Development must be in progress in the authentic circumstances of the middle school and primary school's teaching. The school-based inservice education, school-based teaching and research, school-based courses exploit are the very important platforms of teachers professional development, and the perfected management rules and regulations are the important guarantee of teachers professional development. Only we fully understand the school's position and role, we can promote and perfect the teachers professional accomplishment and make them achieve their lives value.
