English grammar teaching is part of English teaching in vocational schools, and also is one of the most difficult parts in English teaching. At present, however, vocational school students commonly feel English grammar hard to learn. They are fed up with the cramming method of teaching grammar, with which they cannot have a strong memory. As a result, they've learned many inflexible grammar rules and their ability to use themcomprehensively is very weak. Therefore, emphasis must be placed on fostering students' ability to utilize the English language comprehensively. Meanwhile, how to adopt a more effective grammar teaching method has become a noticeable study field. With the development of the information technology based on the computer and internet, the concept of education is constantly changing and it is possible for the information technology and all subjects to integrate. Integrating information technology and the course make it easy to create a learning environment for students. English is a foreign language in China. Learners acquire knowledge from the book and teachers in school. It is particularly important in English learning, especially in English grammar learning, to have an environment surrounded with English language.Summarized the current situation in research related to the topic at home and abroad, binding the situation of vocational students in learning English grammar, the problem occurred in English grammar teaching in vocational schools, and the development of the integration of information technology and the courses, the paper has research with the method of the experimentation, the questionnaire and the statistics in two originally classes on the basis of the theory of constructivism and the language learning theory. During the research, the information technology has made full use of its advantages that is to set up a much real and vivid language learning environment for students in which students acquire knowledge through various means and have some practical experience. According to analyzing the process and the result in two experiments, the paper discuss the application and the influence of the information technology in English grammar teaching in vocational schools, make sure that the application of the information technology really can optimize the process of English grammar teaching, arouse the interest of the students, solve thedifficulties and the stresses in teaching, and improve the teaching efficiency. Furthermore, the paper makes careful analyze in some problems appeared in the application of the information technology. Both the teacher and the students benefit a lot from the research. Intending to help with the English grammar learning in vocational schools in China, the paper sums up the weakness and the shortcoming in the research and also put forward some points which need to be discussed further,...
