Research On Unemployment In China's New Normal Economy

In Marx's view,unemployment was not always a problem.The precondition for the large-scale occurrence of unemployment was the improvement of material and technological basis and the development of large-scale machinery industry under the capitalist mode of production.Nowadays,there are different levels of unemployment in all countries in the world,which is a very challenging major issue related to economic development,social stability and people's quality of life.Even though our country's population dividend advantage is not as good as before,but our country has a large population,there is still a contradiction between the supply and demand of labor force.Especially in the new historical environment in which China's economy has entered a new normal,the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,the mode of economic growth and the driving force of economic development are undergoing profound changes,the current unemployment problem in China is different from some new features and contradictions in the formation and occurrence mechanism,the internal structure,the solution and so on,which makes this problem particularly complex And highlight.Solving the unemployment problem is related to the economic and social development of our country,as well as the improvement of people's living standard and quality of life.How to solve the unemployment problem under the background of the new normal of economy,and how to construct the Unemployment Governance Mechanism Based on the Marxist theory,which is in line with the new normal of our country's economy,have become an urgent problem in theory and practice.Based on the discussion of solving the unemployment problem in the new normal of China's economy,this paper makes an in-depth exploration and systematic arrangement of Marx's unemployment theory,and on this basis,under the guidance of Marx's unemployment theory,makes a Marxist economic explanation of the unemployment problem in the new normal of China's economy,and puts forward corresponding solutions.From the perspective of Marx's research on capitalist unemployment,this paper explores the formation mechanism of unemployment in the context of the new normal of China's economy and the important enlightenment of Marx's unemployment theory on solving the problem of unemployment in China,and probes into the main ways tosolve the problem of unemployment in China under the new normal of economy.There are four parts in the thesis: the first part systematically combs the theoretical basis and background of the emergence of Marx's unemployment theory,and sums up the five aspects related to Marx's nature of capitalist unemployment,the mechanism of unemployment,the different forms of unemployment population,the role of unemployment population and how to solve the problem of unemployment as the basic content of Marx's unemployment theory To solve the problem of unemployment and provide theoretical support.The second part analyzes the mechanism of unemployment under the new normal of China's economy from all aspects and multi-level.It has both internal problems and external international environment.It focuses on both economic factors and political factors,and clarifies the relationship between various factors,which paves the way for the following chapters.The third part puts forward the important enlightenment of Marx's unemployment theory to solve the problem of unemployment under the new normal of China's economy.By analyzing Marx's logical thinking,it is concluded that we must solve the problem of unemployment in the development,coordinate the forces of all parties in the development,and break the obstacles for the management of unemployment.The fourth part puts into practice the reality of unemployment in the context of the new normal of China's economy,and puts forward the main path to solve the problem of unemployment in the new normal of economy.
