The course of Foundation of Kindergarten Environment (simplified as "the Course" used in the following) is a course full of practicality opened in Kunming Teachers College for fostering and enhancing power of students specializing in preschool education in founding preschool educational environment. The Course resources are the basis for the Course setup. Exploitation of the Course is the guarantee to implement the Course. On the basis that the concepts of kindergarten foundation and course resources have been defined, and with the analysis of past and current conditions, it is believed that the most needed for the Course is the environmental resources for implementation of education in circumstances under classroom instruction conditions. The first important task for the resource exploitation of the Course is to support classroom instruction with course resources of "education in circumstances". According the theoretical analysis, the following ideals are put forward: taking Integrated Philosophical thought, critical consideration as the philosophical basis of the Course resource exploitation, the Naturalist Educational thought, John Dewey's Scientific Education thought and Activity Course theories as the guiding ideology for the Course resource exploitation, M.A. Lucas's Environmental Education mode, Instructing in Circumstances as the guiding mode of resource exploitation, and with the information technical assistance, carrying out studies on practical exploitation of the Kindergarten Environmental Foundation - Afforesting and Beautifying kindergarten course in classroom instruction. The goals of the Course exploitation include exploitation of classroom instruction environment resources, exploitation of course activity protocol and guiding resources, providing classroom instruction practice platform, promoting student's development and enhancing student's power for kindergarten environmental foundation. With the resource exploitation principle defined, three exploitation tactics are put forward, i.e., taking real circumstances in kindergarten as source materials, information techniques as exploitation means, suppositional field activities as exploitation method. Thus, the environmental resources instructed in Kindergarten Environmental Foundation classroom course opened for the students' majoring in preschool education with realistic significance and spreading value are formed, and the determinative evaluation made in the end.
