According to the reform in both the education ^ course for the students and what' s more , the analysis of the current situation , teaching and learning . In our opinion, in order to evaluate the middle school students, we must exchange the way in which the students are only the target to evaluated into the one which the student can take part in to evaluate their developing ability in learning. First, in the theory, creates the base of the theory for developing ability of judgement and the sores and differences in education evaluating and the aim, function, rules, methods and etc. in evaluating of learning ability. And from the base , we find a proper target system to evaluate the ability of learning chemistry for senior students.According to the judgement of the aim and the target system, the corresponding method of experiment has been designed. Second, we can make the theory research the base from the former statements to design the experiment, of course, giving the students just judgement in learning ability. The experiments shows the following:1st The developmental course judging the senior students' ability in studying chemistryThe developmental process in which the senior students' ability in learning chemistry can do good to forming a good study style and that of the teaching class, and , it certainly can encourage the students to make progress in every side.2nd The developing judgement to the senior students learning ability can do different efficiency on students on different degrees , especiclly to those whose attitude and habit are poor in learning, to those who have high scores but think ability, and to the students mho have low marks but high IQ, the developing judgement can make the students improve their studying powers and efficiently.3rd The developing evaluating to senior middle school students can work well in improving their ability in chemistry studying, it can also improve the students' integrating skills, and the quality of teaching and learning.
