Along with the fast development of informatization in today's society, especially with the all-around use of web and the development of IT technology, it definitely has brought up a glob-based web trend in exploring the information resources. IT technology as well as science and technology has had an impact on education in an all-directional, multi-layered and wide-ranging opening pattern. Web can not only greatly change our education and study ways but what is more important is it will influence profoundly our education ideas, education patterns, education contents and education methods. It has become acceptable to have teaching and education activities on internet and web teaching has begun to show its advantages. The appearing of varieties of web colleges and schools has undoubtedly proved that. The "School-connected-through-web" project has guaranteed the smooth undertaking of chemistry web teaching, while the meaning of web chemistry teaching lies in (1) chemistry web teaching provide us with a brand-new and more enriched teaching environment with more choices to choose from.(2) chemistry web teaching can also to a certain extreme make up for the limitation of the current class-based teaching form. (3) chemistry web teaching promote a fundamental change in our study method.This article centers around how to transplant the advantage of web teaching into our high school chemistry classroom teaching and how to design our high school chemistry classroom teaching through web . It is based on Learning Theory of Constructivism, Cooperation Study Theory and Theory of Information Spreading.Based on the existing cases of high school chemistry classroom teaching through internet, this article sets forth the significance of classroom teaching through internet and summarizes the principles of design technology of high school chemistry classroom teaching through internet; functions of teaching situation; stress on student-centered teaching; students' classroom communication and cooperation; teaching reflection and teachers' supervision and the futures of chemistry subject. It also will introduce five particular cases of high school chemistry classroom teaching through internet: (Knowledge-Introduction Style)). ((Inquired Chemistry Courses K ((Revision LessonsK ((Chemistry Exploring lessons))and((Instant-Delayed Classroom Teaching Method)) .It will analyze their advantages and disadvantages through the author's personal experience. It also talks about the author's research realization about three aspects: don't look down upon or reject the teaching through internet; re-recognition of teachers' role in teaching; the far-reaching impact on students' study through internet teaching meanwhile it re-considers how to properly balance the roles of students and teachers in classroom teaching; the traditional teaching methods that can't be replaced by teaching through internet; the ideal teaching situation design through internet teaching and teaching activities.
