There are a lot of researches about the mathematics teaching strategies of the elementary school, having drawn a lot of valuable research results from different angles, there are certain guidance functions to teaching. But with the development of technology and start of the new mathematics course reform, the content, teaching environment change, make the traditional mathematics teaching strategies of elementary school unable to satisfy the demand. How to reform and innovative, which have been urgent to be solved.The new strategies system is to solve new problems. At the previous stage, the writer begins with surveying through on-the-spot investigation, with teacher's interview, questionnaire investigation and analysing ,etc, to obtain the actual data The design of the teaching strategies needs support of the theory. On the foundation of reading up a great deal of domestic and international literature, the writer regard ICT-based theory as the support,and set up the strategy system from two threads :the instruction in the classroom and practice activity .Among them, on this thread of classroom instruction, form it with the thinking of organizing the classroom of the unit of learning activities. In practicing the activity, the thread taking theme as activity, will practice the activity and organic combination of fictitious practice activity realistically, and the design carrying on practising in theme from three aspects of among the schools, schools and classes.The teaching strategies need to be practised even more. The writer puts the theories into practices,and improves the strategies. It is a process of theories studying and practicing.
