The relationship between teacher and students is a fairly important pair of contradiction. Viewing the complex interaction between teacher and students, we may explore the real intention and value of Chinese education because the structural characteristics, the harmonious, the harmonious degree, and the interaction effect of teacher and students' relationship are the great factors which condition the development of teaching process and the function of teaching. The practical principles of democratization for Chinese teaching may be defined in three aspects as query, dialogue and cooperation by unfolding the process of 'I-You' concept of teacher and students' relationship dynamically and building on the basis of inherent law of Chinese teaching.
