This is an eternal topic which is concerning the education of the humanism accomplishment in educational history. In modern educational circles, the humanism accomplishment is divided into two aspects: the first aspect is a degree that controls the foundation knowledges, such as language, literature, history, philosophy, music and art... etc; the second aspect is the judgment and the thinking concerning the life value through making use of those foundation knowledges and combining the actual condition about living (This is also a humanism spirit according to the popular phrase language.)We must pay attention to the humanism education in the foundation education. Those are not only the request of the developing ages, but also one of the target of the course reforms in new century. There are a lot of contentses concerning education of the humanism accomplishment. Among them, we pay the most attention to the citizen education which is one of Main contentses Currently. As the main course of the foundation education, the history education is chiefly responsible for the citizen education of the school, and becomes the main battlefield of the citizen education because of own characteristics and property .But the citizen education did not be expressed adequately in past citizen education, even the content and the postpone of the citizen education were misinterpret outside. The citizen education only became a slogan. Since the eighth course reform, the history reform in education obtains the better achievement. Regardless is a course the establishment of the standard, is still the reform of the history teaching material, all display the importance of the citizen education. At the same time, because of the course standard which was afresh drew up , the innovation of each edition history Protestantism material, the teacher' s teaching method also along with the change but changes of teacher's position,more face to all the student;The student' s study method is also vivid and diverse, which is more expressing their corpus and characteristic. But these be a qualified citizen exactly essential.The citizen education within the history teaching had the very big breakthrough in the history course reform, but still exist not a few weakness. Compared with the citizen education of the abroad, the citizen education of our country still is a kind of formality of reform, is just a more loud and clear slogan. In history educate, the comprehension and implements about the citizen education need to get the support between numerous scholar, teachers and student In the history teaching of the aftertime, regardless is to teach the citizen knowledge, the development citizen consciousness, the norm citizen a behavior still an exaltation citizen ability, we all want the further research and quests.
