Case Study Approach has already been used widely abroad. "The geographical course standard of full-time ordinary senior high school published newly (experiment draft)" advocates geographical teachers' implementing case teaching actively. But Case Study Approach is still at the starting stage in our country, and the vast geographical teachers are still very strange in teaching with the case. There are many questions and difficulty in the teaching practice, so the research of geographical Case Study Approach of senior high school remains to be deepened further. This text has explained the connotation of Case Study Approach, and probed into the theoretical foundation of Case Study Approach, design principles, and operating sequences. Then, on this basis, the thesis does further practice on how to use Case Study Approach to realize the geography new three-dimensional goals which course standards make. The text has summarized the question found in Case Study Approach practice, and also, proposed the solving countermeasure of the problem.
