Successful leader is the vital factor in promoting the development of the educational organization, moreover, the leader's value is the decisive criterion to judge whether he is successful or not. Value takes root in the cultural system of individual and organization, and keeps relatively steady as well as dominant. At present, the education of our country is at the moment of the transformation of society, and all kinds of values interweave and grind together, but the consistent and reliable judgment standard hasn't been formed completely. Through the explanation, analysis of application and implementation of value-based leadership in educational organization, this thesis probes into educating leaders to lead on the basis of values so as to promote the reform of the educational organization. This thesis introduces firstly the relative concept of Value-Based Leadership theory(VBL theory)and its process of development, and then discusses from three aspects: ⅠThe analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the application of VBL theories in the educational organization. This part firstly introduces the basic connotation and the conditions of application in enterprise, then analyzes the relation between the educational organization and in enterprise organization, further analyzes and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the application of VBL theories in the educational organization. ⅡThe kernel principle and idea about application of Value-Based Leadership theory(VBL theory)in the educational organization; This part is the main body of the thesis. It firstly puts forward the advantage of application of Value-Based Leadership theory(VBL theory)in the educational organization, and emphasizes on the core content of application of Value-Based Leadership theory(VBL theory)in the educational organization from two aspects:the principle and the idea of the construction of kernal value; the investigation and analysis of the constitution of educational leaders'value. ⅢIntroduction of the operative model of the application of the value-based theory in the educational organization. The process goes in four steps: educational leaders'value. The members'identification with the educational leaders'value in the educational organization. Formation of share of value in the educational organization. The consolidation and inheritance of the educational organization's common value.
