Practical teaching is an important component of higher professorship education, which is decided by objective of training talent in professorship education. The importance of practical teaching in professorship education is known by people gradually. From the aspect of theoretical research, the initial research into practical teaching lies in such study of frames as practical teaching mode, proportion ,etc. in the whole teaching ,and gradually explores influencing of such hardware as practical teaching material , construction of practical base , practical teaching equipment , practical teachers etc later. At present, the research into practical teaching has gone as far as the control and appraisal to quality of practical teaching, From the aspect of practical research , Attention is begun to pay to demand certain proportions of practical teaching in the whole teaching plan , cultivate and introduce " double division types " teacher;invest experimental facilities , construct vocational-training base . However, as higher education is expanded in succession for several years in recent years, increasing enrollment scale is far greater than growth rate of educational investment and educational resource, the obvious landslide come to appears in university's teaching quality. The circles of society have queried to the quality of higher education in our country. In a word the quality of practical teaching is far from reaching the demand which is suit to train senior applied talents in our country.At present, in the practice teaching of professorship in our country, a great deal of questions and contradictions exist as following: 1, On one hand the investment in education is obviously insufficient, on the other hand the utilization rate of equipment and installations is not high, and many equipments is idle for a long time;2, The traditional education idea which is to value knowledge more than ability, lay stress on inheritting instead of innovating, value books more than practice is contrast to train high-quality talents who are required in our society;3, Greater deviation exists between usable time and demanding time in experiment teaching;4, The appraisal and controlling system about the quality of the practice teaching is lackThese contradictions and questions restrict the improvement of practical teaching quality directly. This paper utilizes the basic principle and method of Extenics, looks for certain law , change the purpose or condition of the contradictory problem, makes contradictory problem turn into contradictory problem , makes the incompatiblequestion turn into the inclusive issue by the principle of determining nature together with the ration.First of all, on the basis of finding out the function , type , characteristic of practice teaching of domestic and international professorship conscientiously, the paper summarizes teaching goal , teaching mode , realize way , teaching material construction , teachers team and current situation and issue of respect of appraising etc in our country practical teaching. Secondly, relying on analytical method of Extenics, appraising purpose , appraising goal , appraising idea , appraising key element, and appraising method are carried on analyzing correspondingly on practical teaching of higher Professorship educationThen , by the method of Extenics such as adding and deleting , varying and expanding ,and conjugacy etc, using conversion of basic element , the paper makes incompatible terms and purposes of contradictory problems transform , turns incompatible one into inclusive issue through proper conversion and reasoning , produces a series of tactics of appraising performance of practice teaching.Finally , the paper constructs the appraising system of practice teaching about performance, refines out indexes of practical teaching : four first classes, 14 second classes. And by consulting with Delphi Technique, confirms the weight coefficient of the first class index , follows the principle of determining nature together with the ration, uses Extenics the methods of evaluation by calculating with classical related degree of land , to make evaluation result more scientific than before.
